Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases made through Nexora Host. Please review the details before placing an order.

1. Domain Registration

Once a domain name has been successfully registered, it is generally non-refundable because registration is processed through a domain registrar or registry. Refunds may be considered where required by applicable law or where the registrar's applicable policy permits them.

2. Failed Payments

If a payment is deducted but the order is not completed, please contact our support team with your order reference and payment transaction ID. We will check the transaction and coordinate with the relevant payment provider or registrar where necessary. Any refund will depend on the transaction status and applicable provider timelines.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you paid more than once for the same order, contact us with the transaction references. After verification, an eligible duplicate payment will be handled through the relevant payment provider.

4. Cancellation Requests

You may contact us to request cancellation before an order is processed. Once a domain registration request has been submitted or successfully completed, cancellation may not be possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has started.

5. Renewals

Domain renewal payments are subject to the relevant registrar's rules and the stage of renewal processing. Contact support promptly if you believe a renewal payment was made incorrectly.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where supported. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Contact Support

For refund or cancellation requests, email us with your registered email address, order ID, and payment reference. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Resolution may take longer when investigation by a bank, payment provider, registrar, or another third party is required.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
